The sale of the property is negotiable but will most likely include everything - a working farm.  There are over 80 acres of land, 20 of which are the Fish Ponds, a shed and a 3-bedroom house.  We can include a "transition period" in the contract where we will make ourselves available to the new owners, providing insight on the Restaurant and Fish Farming operations.

Pickwick Catfish Farm is located two miles west of Counce, Tennessee and 100 miles east of Memphis on Highway 57.  The summers consistently bring in a large crowd from Memphis either with boats in-tow or on to their summer home on Pickwick Lake.  Local area attractions are Pickwick Lake, Pickwick Dam and Shiloh Military (Civil War) Battlefield.  There are three golf courses in the area. Near-by major cities are Savannah, TN, Corinth, MS and Jackson, TN.
